NovelForge is an AI-powered novel writing companion that helps users create, outline, and generate written content. The Service uses artificial intelligence technology to assist with creative writing tasks.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration

4. Subscription and Payment

NovelForge offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Tier: Limited access to basic features with usage restrictions
• Paid Subscriptions: Monthly recurring charges providing enhanced features and higher usage limits
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the billing date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Stripe customer portal

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your paid features for the remainder of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the month in which the subscription was cancelled. After the billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free tier.

5. Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you create using NovelForge. This includes outlines, chapters, characters, and any other written material generated through the Service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is considered your property once created. You have the right to use, modify, publish, and commercialize any content generated through the Service.

License to Us: You grant NovelForge a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

NovelForge uses artificial intelligence to generate written content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may require review and editing
• The AI may occasionally produce inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected content
• You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use or publication
• AI outputs are tools to assist your creativity, not replacements for your judgment

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or discriminatory
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Share your account with others or resell access to the Service

8. Service Availability
